SarReon Energy LLP is an electrical contracting firm established in 2025, operating from Mahnar block in Vaishali district and undertaking work across Bihar. The firm is led by its directors, Kamal Kumar and Anil Kumar Sah, who oversee every package it takes on.
We work to the drawings and specification issued with the order, agree scope and commercial terms in writing before work begins, and keep our crews based in the districts we serve. For a department or a main contractor, that means one accountable party and a team that can return to a site when it needs to.

How a Package Runs

The four stages every package runs through. Nothing is handed over until it has been tested, commissioned and the results recorded.
Supply
Material procured to the specification issued with the order, and checked against it on delivery.
Installation
Setting out, foundations, erection and wiring by our own crews, worked to the issued drawings.
Testing
Insulation resistance, earth resistance and continuity, carried out before anything is energised.
Commissioning
Charging, load and operation checks, and handover with the test results recorded against the work.
On an ITC award
The material is issued by the client. We carry out installation, testing and commissioning, and record what we receive against the order.

An SITC award means you are not coordinating a supplier, an installer and a testing agency separately, or arbitrating between them when something does not fit.
Both lighting streams
Conventional and solar street lighting from the same contractor, so a stretch that needs some of each does not have to be split into two awards.

Our crews work out of Vaishali. Lighting and line work is spread out and needs repeat visits, and rarely finishes in one mobilisation.
Handed over tested
Insulation, earth and continuity results are recorded against the work, because on an electrical package the test record is what completion actually means.
